The Ferny Grove Falcons are built on the passion and dedication of our incredible volunteers. From running game day to steering the club behind the scenes, every role plays a part in helping our players, families, and community thrive. We’re always looking for fresh faces to join the team! Whether you’ve got a few hours to spare or you’re ready to take on a bigger role, your time and skills make a huge difference. Here are some of the key roles we’re looking to fill:

Canteen Coordinator – Keep our canteen humming and fuel the Falcons!
Grants Coordinator – Help us secure funding to grow the club.
Coach Coordinator – Support and connect our coaching team.
Registrar – Be the go-to for player registrations.
President / Vice President / Secretary – Lead and guide the Falcons.
Junior, Youth, Masters & Seniors Coordinators – Champion our age groups and keep everything running smoothly.
Events Coordinator – Bring the community together with awesome events.
Project Officer – get our fields and venue looking schmick.
Social Media & Communications Manager – Share our story and celebrate our teams online.
Sponsorships Coordinator – Build relationships that support the Falcons.
Director of Women & Girls – Drive opportunities and pathways for female players.
Umpire Coordinator – Support and organise our umpire crew.
Grounds Team – Keep our grounds in ship shape ready for game day!
